I highly recommend smoothies, as they are a large portion of the program, and they may take some time getting used to. The smoothie delivers loads of nutrients without overburdening the body, which is why I’ve made them a big part of the Reset program. During the third week of our diet, to boost liver detox, we have them twice a day. That being said, if you cannot do smoothies, then having something thoroughly cooked could be an option for you, but your results may not be optimal. We also have different smoothie variations that you may find better suited for your taste.
