Is it OK to use frozen ingredients in smoothies? For example, frozen avocado. Avocados get over-ripe fast, so is that an option or does it lose its nutritional value? What about other frozen ingredients (e.g., berries, etc.)?

I don't have a juicer. Can I just add water to my green juice ingredients and blend it together? Also, do I have to drink green juice? Morning smoothies satisfy me until noon. Do I need the nutrients or can I just skip it?
