Can I manage to have a relatively normal life without so many symptoms and lack of energy?

I always wake up around 2-5am and sometimes I can’t go back to sleep. I’ve tried eating when I wake up, I’ve tried Ashwagandha, melatonin, magnesium and progesterone, but my body seems to resist all of it. What can I do to sleep better?

Is muscle fatigue related to adrenal issues? I always felt weak when I lifted weights and couldn’t get stronger. What about the constant overwhelmed feelings? Is that also adrenal related?
