  • How long should we keep going with this restricted food list? In other smoothie recipes from Rootcology there are bananas that aren’t allowed in the program?
  • I have to say I feel GREAT, but I was HOPING to lose a little bit of weight. I’m never really hungry! Between the smoothies, food, maca lattes.... Am I simply eating too much of what I can eat? Or is it normal to not lose weight?
  • I know this is not a weight loss program, but can I hope to lose some weight with the Reset?
  • I'm really overweight. I'm usually on a gluten and dairy-free diet, and I normally eat quite healthy. That said, how do I avoid a yo-yo regain of weight after the Reset?
