I’m overwhelmed. I eliminated wheat, soy, sugar, nightshades, dairy (except for cheese). I was off of corn until last night, and then I had a serving of popcorn. This morning I just couldn’t wake up. Is that a side effect?
-

-
Why do you recommend that we stay away from peanuts?
-
Why do you recommend warm lemon water?
-
Why green apples and not red apples?
-
Why isn’t the Reset diet as restrictive as the AIP diet? Would we benefit from doing the liver reset plus the AIP diet? How long should or could we stay on the liver reset diet?
-
Wondering about black beans and other legumes (other than peanuts). I don't see them in the "what to eat" nor "what to avoid" lists.

Would it be ok to have nutritional yeast even if you had previous candida issues? I understand it’s supposed to be “deactivated” yeast.
