  • After reading your most recent article, I think that I might have Blastocystis hominis. I have most of the GI symptoms but cannot afford testing. Are there cheaper options or would it be okay to just go ahead and try the treatment?
  • Are everyone's bowel movements green during the program? It seems to make sense based on what we are eating. I just want to make sure this isn't a lack of absorption issue.
  • Are light, clay colored stools a cause for concern?
  • Ever since I started the supplements and diet, I’ve been extremely bloated and gassy. Is this normal?
  • I am still having lots of foul smelling gas and stools. I feel like a live methane tank. Please help. Am I not digesting well or am I detoxing?

  • When I was first diagnosed w/Hashimoto’s, I did an anti-candida diet. I felt amazing and it healed a lot of my gut symptoms. I know the biggest hurdle for me in doing this will be the sugar cravings and fatigue. Any recommendations?
  • Would it make sense for me to follow a Paleo Diet? I have candida and H. pylori. I have sugar cravings after meals, but I don't eat any sugar. I started the Intro Diet but have nausea and an upset stomach, daily.
