  • After the Reset, could I do a lemonade cleanse, which is lemon water and maple syrup only for two weeks?
  • Are hot spices like cayenne and chili pepper, either on a detox plan, or after implementing the detox, okay to eat every now and then? Are they healthy or detrimental to the gut?
  • Are there recommendations for how we reintroduce foods to our diets after the Reset? I want to return to the least restrictive diet possible for me.
  • Can raw dairy, long fermented wheat, and sourdough bread ever fit back into my lifestyle, living with Hashimoto's? If not, what about alternative grains such as organic einkorn or pseudo grains, such as sorghum and buckwheat?
  • Can we reintroduce all the foods we have eliminated when the program ends?
  • Do we need to give up sugar forever? If the answer is yes, what have you found to be the best thing for a treat to look forward to?
  • How do I eat after this program? Smoothies for breakfast and salad at lunch forever? I'm hoping to be able to stick to all the changes in the next month.
  • How do we incorporate smoothies into our regular diet, after the program ends? Should we have them daily, or several times per week? Should we still include the AI Paleo Protein if we are getting the recommended amount of protein each day?
  • How do we proceed with the diet once the program ends? Do we continue having the daily smoothies/juice, and continue eliminating the foods we omitted throughout the program?
  • How often should we use the detox juice after the program ends?
  • I felt really well during the program, but I really don’t want to spend the rest of my life having to think about every little thing I eat, every day. Does it eventually become second nature?
  • I want to do the Adrenal and Gut programs. Sugar is off limits in both, but is there anything we can have, like a little dark chocolate? Quitting sugar completely for a long time is the hardest.
  • I'm wondering how we should eat after the Reset? How do we check to see if we have issues with gluten, dairy, soy, etc.? I’d hate to eliminate all those foods unless my body needs them gone.
  • Is the Reset something we should continue to do on a regular basis to maintain good health every three months, or once a year?
  • When can I add eliminated foods back into my diet?
